GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Unless otherwise stated, all items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Pre-order items are not immediately available for shipping and will be shipped at a later specified date. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be mentioned on the product page, and we will make every effort to meet this timeline. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes lead to delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly about any changes in the shipping schedule.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. Therefore, do not be alarmed if the tracking link does not immediately provide updates.
RETURNS:
HERthebrand does not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been processed and sent out. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
What if I entered the incorrect address?
There are no address changes for incorrect addresses. When the item gets sent back to us, we will refund you for the product. We will not refund you for shipping expenses.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. If item is a pre-order, please read the description below the product for shipping times & information.
